Course Description

• Students will be encouraged to expand on the information and expertise they already have
• Students will develop a solid understanding of the principles and methods used in social work practice
• The focus of the course is on getting the best outcomes for the most marginalized and underprivileged individuals of our community while also emphasizing social justice and human rights
• Leading academics and social work practitioners will instruct the students, with a heavy emphasis on hands-on learning
• Over the course of two years, students must complete 1,000 hours of supervised field education and training
