Course Description

• The Bachelor of Media Communication responds to the increasing global demand for graduates with a deep understanding of the role of media in contemporary social, cultural and economic life and well-developed professional skills in communication
• The course will provide students with analytical and critical thinking skills through a core program of professional communication practice alongside the specialist study in a related field
• This degree will create a new generation of thinkers, future-driven media and communication professionals who will dare to create positive change across all endeavours
• Students will learn to focus on new ways of doing things, to challenge convention, and devise solutions that will take us into the next century.
• The Bachelor of Media Communication has four specialisations:
