Course Description

• The program is built around the key functions of human resource management and the value effective and efficient management of human resources (people) brings to organisations
• Students will be equipped with ways to understand the strategic contributions people and their effective management can make to organisational performance
• Students will explore and critique real-world cases and authentic projects, develop strategic policies for organisations, analyse, diagnose, and provide recommendations for implementing organisational change that maximise the impact people make on organisations
• During their studies, students will have the opportunity to complete an internship
• Students will develop personal, interpersonal, and group working skills as a way to apply the knowledge base they’ve gained throughout their studies in professional settings
