- In Year 1, students will be introduced to advertising, marketing and social media marketing. They will learn the fundamentals of analysing media, find out how to explore the mind of the consumer, and develop their IT skills to create apps
- Students will learn all about graphic design and how to use Photoshop, and find out about the rapidly changing media landscape, as well as learning the fundamentals of advertising law. A PR module will teach students how to write a press release and how to handle a corporate crisis. Students hone their IT and data analysis skills to create targeted campaigns
- In their third year, students will organise an event and fundraise for charity using cameras and software, and make their own radio and TV advertisements. They will learn how to build an effective, functioning website that can be linked to social media, and work with a real company on advertising projects
