Course Description

• The MSc Management with Human Resources program intends to give students the chance to deepen their understanding of human resource management while also situating that new knowledge in the contexts of both broader commercial consequences and an international viewpoint

• The program allows both aspiring and practicing HR professionals to study their field at the master's level, preparing them to successfully perform management and leadership responsibilities

• Students will gain a critical grasp of business, management, and human resource management challenges, enhancing their capacity to maximize individual potential

• The curriculum introduces students to the fields of leadership, flexibility, and change management, all of which can help them become more effective managers/HR professionals in managing others fairly and effectively, resulting in higher levels of employee engagement, motivation, commitment, and performance

• This course will provide students with a strong knowledge of the core disciplines required to run a business in a dynamic, changing world
