Overview

The Australian National University (ANU) is a research-based public university in Canberra, Australia. It is the only university created by the Parliament of Australia in 1946. ANU is popular for its co-curricular and cultural activities maintained by the council of the university. The main Acton campus includes seven teaching and research colleges, with several national academies and institutes. It was the second greenest campus in Australia in 2011.
