Course Description

• The Bachelor of Health Sciences provides a broad overview of healthcare and is suited to both clinical and non-clinical health careers
• Students will be choosing majors from:
  • Clinical Health
  • Nutrition
  • Public Health
• Students seeking a clinical career may complete this program and then enroll in a clinical postgraduate degree such as the Doctor of Medicine or Master of Dietetics Studies
• For non-clinical students, the program offers studies in health promotion, health management, and public health, leading to careers in planning and delivery of quality healthcare
• In the third year, students will undertake 90 hours of practical (non-clinical) placement to gain hands-on industry experience
