Course Description

• Students will learn to demonstrate their abilities to evaluate a variety of legal issues by selecting acceptable areas of the law and sources to reference before beginning the legal analysis process
• Students will improve their ability to communicate effectively in legally relevant situations such as case summaries, client interviews, and group presentations
• Students will be able to create and prepare legal papers such as pleadings and other court documents, wills, corporation documents, and real estate transactions
• Students will take core legal studies courses together with general and legal electives
• Graduates will be able to demonstrate proficiency in studying legislation, case law, and other secondary legal literature, as well as summarize legal research results in proper legal forms with clear and convincing analysis and conclusions ​
