Course Description

  • Students will learn how to comprehend and evaluate historical, technical, philosophical, and theoretical developments in national and global cinemas, broadening their awareness and perspective of the medium and informing their creative analysis and decision making
  • Students will gain the ability to fit their unique skills and vision to specific professional objectives and aspirations, as well as problem-solving and innovation skills in both the technical and creative aspects of filmmaking
  • Students will develop and maintain the highest levels of professionalism throughout the filmmaking process, employing a collaborative approach to issue resolution and scenario analysis
