Course Description

  • Carleton’s MA program is unique in Canada in its unrivaled ability to combine classroom work with on-site training at national museums and related institutions

  • A collaborative specialization in Digital Humanities is also available

  • The graduate diploma is available to Carleton graduate students at a master’s or Ph.D. level, as well as for students who wish to supplement their academic qualifications with practical training, or for practitioners who wish to upgrade their knowledge and skills​

  • The minimum requirement for admission to the master's program is an honors bachelor's degree (or the equivalent) in art history, history, and theory of architecture, or a related discipline, with at least high honors standing
