BHPE Athletic Therapy

This program is focused on teaching the prevention and care of injuries
The Athletic Therapy program is designed to meet accreditation requirements of the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association
The program is also designed to meet the accreditation requirements of the Canadian Council of Undergraduate Physical Education and Kinesiology Administrators (CCUPEKA)
Graduates are prepared to take the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association board exam or follow a career in a related healthcare field
Students will participate in studies focused on assessment and treatment of injuries, epidemiology and injury prevention, concussions, medical education and more

Academic Requirements

Must present a minimum admission average of 65%, calculated on the five appropriate Grade 12 courses
