Course Description

• MArch (Hons) is the only program accredited by the professional institute in Ireland (RIAI), the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) as well as having an International Certification with the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) in the USA
• Students develop professional capacities in the field as well as build on their skills in research and critical inquiry, through studio projects, academic writing, and practical experiments
• An international faculty of world-class researchers provide students with the opportunity to learn under the guidance of industry experts and create meaningful connections
• Students receive a firm foundation in advanced methodologies and skills and develop a close familiarity with the broader disciplinary, regulatory, and societal frameworks within which professionals must operate
• The program uses teaching, learning and assessment approaches such as individual and group design projects, live projects, case studies, scenario-based learning, and written research and dissertations
