Course Description

• ​This program explores the core ideas of economics and applies those ideas to businesses and the business environment, preparing students for a variety of stimulating careers
• Students will develop an in-depth understanding of the economic factors that influence business success and decision-making  
•  This program helps students develop a deeper understanding of how firms compete, how corporate governance works, and how people make decisions
• Students will acquire analytical, computing, and communication skills required by employers in both the private and public sectors  
•  Graduates will be able to go into a wide variety of careers including roles such as Economist, Portfolio Manager, Corporate Finance Analyst, Management Consultant, Financial Advisor, Commercial Analyst, Investment Manager, and Risk Analyst
