Overview

Olivet College

The missionaries from Oberlin College founded Olivet College back in 1844 which made this college the second co-ed higher education institution in the United States after Oberlin College. This is a private liberal arts college situated in Olivet, Michigan. The college has also received accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission. Olivet College has affiliations with the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association as well as the NCAA Division III. Not only that but this college is also affiliated with the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches and the United Church of Christ. 

The college itself stretches out over a land of 56 acres and offers both the public as well as the college community access to their Burrage Library which is considered to be one of the best. Olivet College offers a total of 32 different programs for the students to choose from, and these programs lead to either a bachelor's degree or a master’s degree.
